Last November, after suffering for four years problems with construction companies or others issues as delays in construction due to lack of resources or permits, the world&#8217;s tallest modular building was launched.<\/p>\n<p>The modular building was built using advanced modular technology with the idea of lowering production costs and also reducing the times. The goal of using <strong>advanced techniques<\/strong> was to control the quality of the building.<\/p>\n<p>The challenges to building this skyscraper were several. On the one hand, only pre-fabricated single family houses or other equipment had been built with this technique. On the other hand, in a construction of these characteristics was based on finding resistance and seismic stability. The builders agree that <strong>modular buildings represent a saving in construction, a reduction in execution times, an improvement in quality<\/strong> and, above all, in creating a more sustainable type of construction, as it generates less waste.<\/p>\n<p>The 461 Dean Street building has 363 apartments, some will be for social housing, enter the New York real estate market.
