The role of the Facility Manager<\/h3>\n

The Facility Manager is ,according to European regulation 15221\/4,<\/a>\u00a0 is responsible for the spaces and infrastructures (also properties) and the people and the organization.<\/p>\n

It is responsible for everything related to the day-to-day running of the building or offices, although it can already be present from the planning stage. This implies that they\u00a0are aware of the maintenance, that is to say, that all the bulbs work, that the temperature is correct, also the cleaning or that all the workers have everything necessary to carry out their work.<\/p>\n
