The Ellen MacArthur Foundation recently published a report on “Circular Economy in India”. The paper talks about how this type of economy and modular construction can help the development of India.
In the 84 pages of the report, the Foundation emphasizes 10 pages of the importance of how cities are built, considering it one of the most important elements for the dynamization of a country like India. In the report also talks about how modular construction would help control the use of energy and water in the building process and how this type of construction would allow the recycling of materials, for example, the use of materials that can be re-use for other products.
